GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP OF THE REPTILES-PLANET TRIBE

Article 1 – Purpose
The Reptiles-Planet Tribe is a membership program offered by Reptiles-Planet that allows its members to enjoy exclusive benefits for a limited period.
Membership is personal, non-transferable, and linked to the customer account used when subscribing.
Article 2 – Membership Duration
Membership is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of activation.
At the end of this period, membership expires automatically and is not renewed automatically.
Members may renew their membership at any time.
Article 3 – Benefits
During the validity of their membership, members are entitled to the benefits described on the dedicated Reptiles-Planet Tribe page.
At the time these Terms and Conditions are published, these benefits include, in particular:

a 10% discount on eligible products;

access to offers reserved exclusively for members.
The benefits may evolve over time. Reptiles-Planet reserves the right to modify, supplement, or remove certain benefits in order to improve the program, provided that such changes do not constitute a substantial modification of the membership.
Article 4 – Eligible Products
The membership discount applies only to eligible products identified on the website.
Unless otherwise stated, products already subject to a promotion or discount, gift cards, and any other categories expressly excluded are not eligible for membership benefits.
Article 5 – Use of Membership Benefits
Membership benefits are automatically applied when the member is logged into their customer account.
No promotional code is required to receive membership benefits.
Article 6 – Personal Nature of Membership
Membership is strictly personal.
It may not be assigned, sold, lent, or transferred to any third party.
Any fraudulent use may result in the suspension or termination of the membership without compensation.
Article 7 – Complimentary Invitations
Certain memberships may be offered as part of promotional campaigns or through Reptiles-Planet Ambassadors.
Invitations are personal and may only be used once.
Any attempt to reproduce, distribute, or fraudulently use an invitation code will result in its cancellation.
Article 8 – Cancellation
Members may cancel their membership at any time.
Such cancellation prevents any future renewal of the membership but does not entitle the member to a refund for the remaining membership period, except where required by applicable law.
Membership benefits remain available until the normal expiration date of the membership.
Article 9 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, members have a statutory period of fourteen (14) days to exercise their right of withdrawal.
However, if the member expressly requests the immediate activation of their membership before the end of this period and acknowledges that the service begins immediately, the right of withdrawal may be limited or lost in accordance with applicable law.
Article 10 – Changes to the Program
Reptiles-Planet reserves the right to modify The Tribe in order to improve the program or introduce new benefits.
Such changes shall not have retroactive effect on memberships that have already expired.
